Energy-inducing.  Electric.  MVFITNESS is a full-body cardio dance workout designed to strengthen your body and your mind.  Remember that song you loved dancing to in high school?  Yeah, we’ll play that.  And the one you turn up every time it comes onto your playlist?  We have a routine for that, too.  Easy to follow and always high-energy, MVFITNESS classes will have you unleashing your inner pop star as you let go of your stress and let loose on the dance floor. 

Less than an hour in the studio can change your entire day.  So get moving.  Get Stronger.  And leave feelin’ good as hell.

Dance is intimidating, we get that, we wanted to create a space in which anyone can feel comfortable letting loose. We’ve created EASY signature routines that anyone can follow - and we mean ANYONE! Whether you have two left feet and no rhythm, or you’re looking for a way to get stronger and more toned, we’ve got you. Remember the days when MTV and TRL played our favorite iconic music videos and you wanted to dance like they did?! MVFITNESS is about unleashing your inner pop star, having fun and letting go for 50 minutes of your day.

MVFITNESS

Our signature class: a 50-minute dance cardio frenzy! Bring your friends and get ready to dance, sweat, and party. Classes feature easy-to-follow high-intensity dance moves designed to target every muscle in your body. During the last 20 minutes of class, learn an iconic music video combination that you can show off in the clubs or in your bedroom;) 

No dance experience needed - Come as you are!

MVFITNESS POP

Get ready to sweat to high energy and vein-pumping music in this straight-up cardio dance party.  This 45-minute class keeps you moving the entire time as you dance through easy-to-follow choreography all while you laugh, sweat, and most importantly have fun doing it! 

MVFITNESS CUT

Toning! Toning! Tone! A 45-minute full-body workout that will put your muscle endurance to the test all while moving to sick beats. Our signature format combines Pilates-inspired moves and functional strength training utilizing hand weights, body weight, and resistance bands designed to target every muscle in your body. This class will get your heart pumping and your Abs, Arms, and ASS screaming “oh, oh, oh, OMG!”

For just $19.99 a month or $150 per year, you’ll get unlimited access to all of our online classes, whenever and wherever you want so you’ll never find yourself having to google “dance class near me” ever again! + WHAT CAN I EXPECT OUT OF YOUR CLASSES?

We have three different class offerings, and within each class you will experience high energy and an amazing new style of fitness.

+ DO I NEED TO BE A DANCER?

Absolutely not! No dancing experience needed! Come as you are no matter your dance or fitness level. We want you leaving class feeling empowered, strong and sexy.

+ WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Sneakers and workout gear. Most importantly, something you can bust a move in!

+ CAN I DROP INTO ANY CLASS?

Most definitely! If the class isn't full, our front desk can sign you in on the spot.

+ WAITLIST POLICY-

If you sign up for a class that is full, you will automatically be put onto our waitlist. If a spot opens up before the class you will be notified via email confirming your spot.

+ DO I NEED TO ARRIVE EARLY TO CLASS?

We suggest arriving 10 minutes before class starts. This will give you time to sign in, get ready and give yourself some time to stretch.

+ WHAT KIND OF MUSIC WILL I HEAR?

All genres of music! Each instructor has a different flavor and style!

+ CANCELLATION POLICY-

Classes cancelled 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time will be credited back to your account. Cancellations received with less than 12 hours-notice, will result in forfeiture and no credit will be given.
